Cover picture: Adducin is phosphorylated at the major protein kinase C site in the dendritic spines of cultured hippocampal neurons. Phosphoadducin is localized at the dendritic spines and cell membrane of PMA-treated hippocampal neurons using a phosphoadducin-specific antibody (red).
