Stem Cells and Development 2021

This collection captures exciting advances in our understanding of the molecular and cellular control of stemness and differentiation, reprogramming, and development. These studies explore fundamental mechanisms underlying cellular identity, tissue homeostasis and regeneration, and developmental processes using cell models and model organisms. From characterizations of the DNA replication programs of pluripotent stem cells in vitro to the determinants of tissue regeneration in vivo, we hope that this collection has something for everyone.
