Anti-Golgi complex staining patterns of antibody generated in mice immunized with human Ro60 peptide (aa 316–aa 335). HeLa cells grown on a cover slip and fixed by methanol were stained with the immune serum from an SJL mouse immunized with the peptide. The reactive antibodies were detected with secondary antibody labeled with rhodamine. The picture was taken on a confocal microscope. The pink indicates the stained Golgi complex.
