Cellular Neurobiology
This collection explores the mechanisms of regeneration, neural stem cell biology, neuroinflammation, neurodegeneration, and mechanotransduction in the nervous system. We additionally focus on the fundamental neural cell biological processes underlying neuron and glia function, such as the regulation of the neuronal cytoskeleton, the maintenance of synaptic homeostasis and proteostasis, as well as trafficking and autophagy in the context of development and disease.
