Blue color intensity of each table entry reflects the level of significance (P value) as described in Fig. 5. Cohen’s d is reported for only those cases where the colocalization is deemed significant via statistical testing (P value ≤ 0.05; as shown in Fig. 5), visually captured by darker shading. Empty entries thus belong to cases without significant colocalization, visually captured by light shading.
