The x-axis represents initial clinical manifestations, categorized as Neither, Infection only, Immune dysregulation only, and Both. The y-axis represents age at disease onset, with the upper panel showing ages under 18 and the lower panel showing ages 18 and above. The color scale on the right indicates the odds of monogenic CVID, ranging from low (green) to high (red). In the pediatric-onset panel, the highest predicted probabilities are observed in the Immune dysregulation only category. In the adult-onset panel, the predicted probabilities are more evenly distributed across the different initial clinical manifestations categories. The heat map provides a visual representation of how the predicted odds of monogenic CVID vary with age and initial clinical manifestations.
