In the wild-type TLR7–UNC93B1 complex, the backbone carbonyl oxygen of Y831 in TLR7 interacted with both the backbone nitrogen and the side chain hydroxyl group of S282 in UNC93B1, with occupancy rates of 66.47 and 7.71%, respectively, which changed to 36.66 and 10.35% in the mutant complex. (B) Average number of hydrogen bonds formed between NC93B1 and either the wild-type or mutant (L840R) TLR7 during the MD simulations.
