An immunoblot compares pSTAT1 and beta-actin levels in fibroblasts from three patients and two healthy controls. The blot includes samples treated with IL-27 and untreated controls. The lanes are labeled as Patient 1, Healthy Control 1, Patient 2, Healthy Control 2, and Patient 3. Each set of lanes shows the results before and after treatment with IL-27. The pSTAT1 bands are visible in all samples after IL-27 treatment, indicating phosphorylation. The β-actin bands serve as loading controls and are consistent across all samples.
IL-27 stimulation, which signals through the IL-27Rα/GP130 complex, induced comparable STAT1 phosphorylation in fibroblasts from patients and healthy controls.
