Visual comparison of the Artemis WT and D20H mutation protein structures at the site of mutation. The amino acid at the mutation site is color-coded, and the positions forming hydrogen bonds with it are labeled. The structures were visualized and bonds identified using UCSF ChimeraX (29, 30, 31). The wild-type structure was obtained from the AlphaFold Protein Structure Database (accession: Q96SD1) (32, 33), and the predictive 3D structure of the D20H mutant protein was generated using the AlphaFold Colab Notebook (34, 35).
