Syt VII–YFP is targeted to Lamp1-positive compartments upon washout of 2-bromopalmitate (2-BP). NRK cells were transduced with adenovirus expressing Syt VII–YFP and Lamp1-RFP, treated with 2-BP for 15 h, and imaged by live confocal microscopy.
