Colocalization of Cav1-YFP with RFP-rab5, but not RFP-rab7, in Na/K-ATPase knockdown cells. Both control P-11 (A and C) and knockdown TCN23-19 (B and D) cells were cotransfected with Cav1-YFP and RFP-rab5 or RFP-rab7 as indicated. Images were taken after 24 h of transfection.
