Vimentin briefly sustains its organization in the absence of MTs. RPE cells were treated with 10 μM nocodazole for various time points. Subsequently, the cells were fixed and stained for vimentin and MTs. The upper panel depicts the organization of vimentin at different time points following nocodazole treatment.
