Related to Fig. 2 . (A) shows the representative 3D-constructed image of extracellular lysosome structures of TSPAN4-BFP MEF cell line after being treated with 2.5 mM LLOMe for 22 h, then stained with Cy5 and captured with live-cell mode. Z varied from 0.0 to 5.0 μm, Z interval was set at 0.25 μm. Then 3D-reconstrucred with NIS-Elements AR Analysis software. The upper graph shows the 3D volume image of the whole view, the graph below shows the enlarged view of some extracellular Cy5-postive structures (inverted vertically for better observation).
