Cofilin clusters appear homogeneously along two-filament bundles. Cumulative distribution of the localization of n = 32 cofilin clusters along 7-µm two-filament bundles, when exposed to 200 nM mCherry-cofilin-1, 200 nM fascin, and 0.15 µM actin. The first micron of the bundle was excluded to avoid any effect due to curvature close to the anchorage point of the filaments.
