RNAP2 Ser2ph-mintbody foci during the entry into and exit from mitosis in HeLa cells. HeLa cells that expressed both RNAP2 Ser2ph-mintbody and H2B-Halo were established. Cells were stained with 50 nM of TMR-conjugated HaloTag ligand for 30 min before imaging using a high-resolution confocal microscope.
