CDK1 activity does not affect NuMA binding to chromosomes during mitosis. Representative time-lapse images of uninduced NuMA KO RPE1 cells stably expressing NuMA-Bonsai-EGFP, EGFP-Zdk1-NuMA-C, or NuMA-NC-EGFP, treated with SiR-Hoechst (DNA), and treated with the CDK1 inhibitor RO-3366 ∼10 s before 0:00.
