ROCK inhibition rescues the effects of ZO-1 or JAM-A depletion. Cells were transfected with control or ZO-1 siRNAs (A) or control and JAM-A siRNAs (B), and 48 h later were incubated for 24 h in the presence or absence of the ROCK inhibitor Y27632 (10 µM).
