(A and B) Panels show projections of an EM tomogram of a centriole in a WT (A) and a Klp10A mutant (B) larval wing disc cell (note that the WT control shown here is the same as the one shown in Fig. 3 A). In Klp10A mutant cells the centriole is elongated and the centriolar MTs extend dramatically (arrow; normally as doublets) beyond the centriole (brackets; see Video 4).
