As above, but now for the model with knock-out of store IP3 receptors. The animations correspond to the model as portrayed statically in Fig. 12. No animation is provided for Ano1-KO, since, as described in the paper, Z(t) is not periodic under the circumstances of Fig. 12. VLC media player is recommended for playback since playback speed can readily be adjusted. By default, Video 2 will play considerably faster than real time, bearing in mind that the control cycle takes 3.98 s and the IP3R-KO cycle takes 11.72 s. However, points are distributed evenly in (Z,n)-space rather than uniformly in time.
