The time trajectories of the drifts of diagonal Cα distance of the HBC-forming residues from those of the reference crystal structure (PDB accession no. 5KUM) for the five simulations with PIP2. The drifts of I177 are shown in green, and those of M181 in gray colors. Mean drifts were also represented as histograms for I177 and M181 residues.
