CBD, lidocaine, and flecainide all interact with the LA site inside the Nav pore. TTX interacts with the outer selectivity filter of the Nav pore. CBD is several times more hydrophobic than the other compounds. CBD is larger than lidocaine and slightly smaller than flecainide.
