Binding affinity of S100A1 demonstrates a dependence on pH. SPR experiments were repeated at pH 6.0, pH 6.5, and pH 7.4 at pCa 3.0 and 100 µM S100A1. The max point on the sensorgram increased as a function of decreasing pH, suggesting a pH dependence to the binding of S100A1 to UN2A.
