(A) Cell lysates from T47D cells co-expressing GFP-KRASG12V and indicated MTMR-targeting shRNA were immunoblotted for endogenous MTMR 2, 3, and 7. (B) Cell lysates from T47D cells co-expressing GFP-KRASG12V and MTMR 3 shRNA17, and infected with lentiviruses expressing indicated mCherry-MTMR members were immunoblotted for endogenous MTMR 3.
