WT cells (DL3187) and hog1Δ strain (DL3158) co-expressing Fps1-Myc (p3121) and Rgc2-HA (p3151) were treated with AA for the indicated times. Anti-Myc IPs of extracts were separated by SDS-PAGE and subjected to immunoblot analysis for co-IP of Rgc2-HA. (B) AA treatment induces a small decrease in steady-state level of Fps1.
