(A–D) A hog1Δ strain (DL3158) co-expressing Pbs2-Myc (p3674) and one of the following: (A) Jlp1-TAP (p3651), (B) Kap123-TAP (p3652), (C) Sam1-HA (p3677), or (D) GST-Sec53 (p3649) were treated with AA (100 mM, pH 4.5 for 10 min).
