Evaluation of proteins identified in RNA-seq. (A–F) Protein expression of several RNA-seq detected transcripts was validated using western blot of hearts from 3-mo-old mice. Proteins of interest were normalized to the total protein level in the same lane, normalized to the average expression level in FL hearts, and expressed as %FL.
