Relative viability of B cells extracted from the PB of healthy donors and treated with different concentrations of JNK1 inhibitors or controls. Inhibitors used were CC930, SP600125, and L-JNKi at the indicated concentrations, and viability was assessed by Annexin V/7-AAD staining. Results for each concentration were compared with the DMSO control.
