For M314D, open probability of the channels at −100 mV in 0 Ca²⁺ was plotted against approximate intracellular H⁺ concentration. Data were fit with a Hill equation, with pKa = 7.23 and a slope of 1.3. Each point was calculated from a dataset with n ≥ 3.
