Urine flow and creatinine concentration in a kidney perfused at 5°C. Urine was collected from the left ureter. The perfusate initially contained 10 mg/dl creatinine, and the urine had a similar concentration. The perfusate was switched to a creatinine-free solution at t = 2 min and back to creatinine-containing solution at t = 32 min.
