Statistical evaluation of the gating parameters V_1/2 and P_min at pH 7.3 obtained in control solution (n = 10) and in solutions containing 1 (n = 3), 5 (n = 5), or 10 mM ATP (n = 5). Mean values of V_1/2 (A) and P_min (B) obtained from the analysis of the overall gating mechanism of hClC-1. Mean values of V_1/2 (C) and P_min (D) obtained from the analysis of isolated slow gating mechanism of hClC-1. The values are not significantly different (P > 0.06 using Student's unpaired t test).
