Differential affinity and binding kinetics of the DM1 TCR for the HLA-B44 allotypes. Kinetic association and dissociation rate constants were evaluated using the BIAevalution software. The DM1 TCR displayed a 10-fold higher affinity and a 10-fold slower dissociation rate constant for HLA-B*4405^EENL over the other allotypes.
