Expression of NP_080509.2 in CHO cells inhibits GlcNAcT-I. (A) L-PHA resistance of CHO, Lec1 cells, or CHO cells stably expressing GFP or Myc-NP_080509.2 or Myc-NP_080509.2^GFP sorted for GFP.
