Cry2WT-mCherry-Tau 151–254 (CWT 151–254)/EB1-EGFP bound along the MT lattice of MT bundles upon light activation. Time-lapse of EB1-EGFP (green) when overexpressed with Cry2WT-mCherry-Tau 151–254 (CWT 151–254, red) in SH SY5Y cells activated by shallow blue light (488 nm, 5% power).
