GAS2L1 and its S352A mutant prepared from HEK293T cells expressing the proteins. GFP-tagged GAS2L1 WT and S352A mutant, both also containing a biotinylation tag, were expressed in HEK293T cells, purified using streptavidin-coupled beads, resolved on SDS-PAGE gels, and analyzed through Coomassie Blue staining and anti-GFP immunoblotting.
