Lower expression of troponins in RVCM. (A) The myofilament fraction of cardiomyocytes was extracted and blotted using SDS-PAGE. TnC, TnI, and TnT are commonly lower in RVCM than in LVCM, while the expression level of tropomyosin, desmin, actinin, and myosin binding protein C (MYBPC) are not different between RVCM and LVCM.
