pDCs promote the expansion of T reg cells capable of attenuating EAE. CD4⁺CD25⁺ T reg cells were purified from the LNs of MOG_35–55+CFA-immunized WT:WT or pIII+IV^−/−:WT chimeras and transferred into WT recipients. 1 d after the transfer, EAE was induced in the recipients by immunization with MOG_35–55+CFA.
