Frequencies and phenotype of NK cells in MOG-immunized mice treated with IL-2 complexes. Upon EAE induction with MOG, B6 mice were treated with control IgG, IL-2, anti–IL-2 mAb (S4B6), or a combination of IL-2 and anti–IL-2 mAb (IL-2 C) i.p. as indicated in Materials and methods. Single cell suspensions were prepared from the spleen and CNS of mice on days 12–20, and the frequencies and phenotypes of mononuclear cells were analyzed by FACS.
