USP9X coimmunoprecipitates with FLAG-tagged ZNF598. HEK293T cells were transfected with ZNF598-FLAG or FLAG alone (pCMV-Tag2B), and cell lysates were subjected to immunoprecipitation (IP) with FLAG-antibody–coupled agarose beads.
