Small mitochondrial puncta are enwrapped by autophagosomes upon induction of mitophagy. (A) WT and Drp1 KO HeLa cells were cultured under normal and mitophagy conditions as in Fig. 2 A. The cells were treated with 100 nM bafilomycin A1 from 12 h after shifting to mitophagy conditions and cultured for an additional 12 h.
