Aurora B is critical for KMN kinetochore targeting in cells with compromised Ndc80C. (A–D) HeLa cells were transfected with the indicated siRNAs and treated with nocodazole (N). Mitotic cells were collected and divided into two wells: one well was incubated with the proteasome inhibitor MG132 (NM), whereas the other was treated with both MG132 and ZM (NM+Z).
