The GFP labeling is shown in A, D, and G, phalloidin in B, E, and H, and their merged images in C, F, and I. The insets in each panel represent high magnification of the region marked by an arrow in the nerve cords. Note that the ARSs are distributed along the borders of the large SPG cells. Overlap between GFP and phalloidin is observed.
