LGN is enriched at the lateral cortex of mitotic MDCK cells during cystogenesis. MDCK II cells were plated in matrigel for 4 d to allow cystogenesis. Cysts were fixed and immunostained for LGN (green), ZO-1 (red), and α-tubulin (red). DNA was stained with Hoechst 33342 (blue).
