Steady-state levels of synaptic proteins in sdy hippocampus and adrenal. (A) Immunoblotting analysis of hippocampus homogenates (30 μg) from WT and sdy mice showed no major changes in the expression levels of several known synaptic vesicle proteins. Signals were visualized with enhanced chemiluminescence. (B) Immunoblotting analysis of adrenal glands (80 μg) from WT and sdy animals. Dynamin I is not shown in the adrenal gland due to very weak bands under these experimental conditions, whereas VGLUT-1 is not expressed in adrenal glands.
