DARA occupies the epitopes recognized by the α-CD38 antibodies used in Fab-PLA. FACS histograms show CD38 expression on PBMCs with (solid black line) and without (gray filled) treatment with DARA by using two antibodies against CD38 (clones: HB-7 and HIT2).
