Mapping of Exo84 GOF alleles. The cryo-EM structure of yeast exocyst was used to map the location of two alleles in Exo84. E626 resides at the interface of Exo84 with Sec5, in close proximity to two basic residues, Exo84 K685 and Sec5 R867 (left). L365 is at the interface of Exo84 with Sec10, in close proximity to multiple polar residues, including Sec10 N593 and N670 (right).
