FRAP analyses were carried out as described in Fig. S5 and Materials and methods with a circular area of 0.6 µm² photobleached. For PI(4,5)P₂ FRAP analyses, wild-type cells expressing the GFP-PH^Plcδ-PH^Plcδ-GFP reporter were used.
