Values were obtained from curve fits of the two-state binding model (see Materials and methods) except for Deff (effective diffusion coefficient), which is from fits to a diffusion-binding model (Sprague et al., 2004). Ceq, protein bound at equilibrium. Value ± 95% confidence interval from the curve fit.
