WT and mutant hENaC RNA was injected into Xenopus oocytes, and single-channel conductances were determined in the cell-attached patch-clamp configuration with 140 mM extracellular Na+. Single-channel conductances are presented as mean ± SD and were compared with WT ENaC using one-way ANOVA with Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test.
