Xenopus oocytes were injected with 5 ng RNA (hENaC WT, α(W4′A)βγ and α(W4′A)β(T4′A)γ) or 50 ng RNA (α(W0′F)βγ, α(W0′F)β(W0′F)γ, and α(W0′F)β(W0′F)γ(W0′F)) and incubated for 1–3 d. Values are presented as mean ± SD. n.d., not determined. Values for the mutants were compared with WT and analyzed using one-way ANOVA with Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test.
