For KV1.2, the kon and koff were calculated from time constants (τon, τoff) for the onset and recovery of the block in the presence of 2 nM Cm28. For KV1.3, kon and koff were determined by the fitting the 1/τon and 1/τoff values with linear regression function (Fig. 5 F, see Results for details). Kd was determined as koff/kon.
